McGrath Realty Inc operates mcgrathcommercial.com. This page describes the site itself. It is written to be checked, so if something here does not match what you experience, tell us and one of the two is wrong.
When you send us something. The inquiry forms, the contact form, the opinion of value order and the document request forms collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you type into them, along with the property or document they concern. That goes to a broker so somebody can answer you.
When you ask for listings by email. Saving a search, or emailing yourself the listings you have saved, stores your email address with the search you asked about. You are added to a marketing list only when you tick the box that says so, and that tick is recorded with its wording and the time you gave it.
What stays in your browser. Saved listings and anything typed into the underwriting calculator are kept in your own browser and are not sent to us, unless you use the link that emails you your saved listings. Clearing your site data removes them.
Measurement. The site can carry Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, a Meta pixel and Vercel Analytics. Each is switched on separately and only where it is configured. We do not sell what they collect.
The site is hosted by Vercel, its database is Neon, its email is sent by Resend, its property data comes from OneKey MLS through MLS Grid, and its maps are served by MapTiler and Google. These providers process data on our behalf so the site can work; they are not given your information for their own marketing.
Listing information on this site is supplied by OneKey MLS and is subject to its terms. Nothing you type into a form is sent to the MLS.
Inquiries are kept as business correspondence for as long as the relationship and our record keeping obligations require. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Saved listings tied to an email address are kept until you ask us to remove them, and the link that opens them expires after 180 days.
To see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email commercial@mcgrathrealty.com or call (845) 896-5444. We will answer the same way we answer everything else on this site, which is directly and from a person.
New York requires every real estate licensee to make the Fair Housing Notice and its Standard Operating Procedures available. Both are linked in the footer of every page on this site.
We will update this page when the site changes, rather than leaving it to describe something it no longer does. It was last reviewed in September 2026.
